I believe in a holistic approach to mental health. I have furthered my training with a Diploma in Trauma Therapy (2019), certification as a Practitioner in Post Natal Mental Health (2021), and a Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders Diploma (2022).

My practice is now 100% online, allowing me to support clients across the UK without geographical barriers. Whether you are dealing with GAD, burnout, or a specific life event, my goal is to help you build resilience and emotional confidence.
