Depression is more than just sadness; it can feel like numbness, exhaustion, or a loss of hope. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to explore these feelings. We move at your pace, gently identifying small steps to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
How it works:
We use a blend of talk therapy to process feelings and behavioral activation to gradually reintroduce meaningful activities. We also look at the role of self-criticism and work on building a kinder internal voice.
